I used:
1/2 cup of GF oats
1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp cinnamon and some grated nutmeg
1/2 packed finely grated zucchini
2 tbps raisins
1tsp vanilla
3 tbps chopped walnuts
1 tbps ground flax
1 tbps coconut sap

Grating fresh nutmeg right into the pot, I let it simmer for 4 minutes. |
Take the oats off the heat and add all other ingredients. |
Dig in!!! |
