Half way!!! and a dorky pose to celebrate :D

So I'm gearing up to run the 5K on Canada day!  I'm running on the treadmill at the gym (because it's close to the washrooms) no outdoor running for me!  and I'm doing hot yoga to keep my joints cooperating with the running.  Tonight I ran my 3.5miles and did weights and stretching. Tomorrow is hot yoga (with Sherry)!!!
Here is the normal 20 week picture!  (oh ya I cut my hair last weekend! and it's curly now... naturally... prego hormones are weird)

  2. Thanks Andre! My goal is to actually run the whole thing! Well my run is kind of like a jog, but I do plan on running the last 800 m (because I'll see the finish line by then!) ps. what kind of warm up would you recommend for something like this? A 15 minute brisk walk? I never know these things...
